First Timer in CrossFit
At CrossFit Texas, Elements must be taken by all beginner crossfitters. Elements will help newcomers better understand the philosophy and methodology of CrossFit as well as the 9 functional movements (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, and Medicine Ball Clean). Elements include: 3 x 1 hour sessions with a CrossFit Texas trainer, measurements and body fat analysis, Nutrition 101, and goal setting.
Price of Elements is $100.00.

Knock out elements in 3 hours on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Class start times are flexible.
